I guarantee you that Prime Minister Modi has not read the Constitution: Rahul Gandhi 

Rahul Gandhi said on the occasion of Constitution Day that the Constitution is a book of truth and non-violence. He does not allow violence. The Constitution shows the path of non-violence. On this occasion he also talked about caste census. He said that we will conduct caste census in the state where we live. However, he did not stop just here. He also said many things for Dalits and backward people. He said that today's youth wants to become an engineer. Someone is known in the media. However, they don't stand a chance. Nowadays no one belongs to backward caste in the field of media. Be it the anchor or the owner. There too his participation is negligible. Rahul Gandhi said in his speech that the Constitution is not just a book but is the thinking of India for thousands of years, it is about truth and non-violence. Apart from this, he attacked PM Modi and said that  I guarantee you that Prime Minister Modi has not read the Constitution, if he had read then he would not have done the work that he does daily. Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge have urged for discussion on the Constitution in both the houses.
